Keema Automotive Group traces
its origins to 1956 when John Van Riel opened a small
workshop in Dutton Park, a suburb of Brisbane. The next
year, another workshop was opened in Fortitude Valley
next to what was then the Valley Bath. The operation grew
to include a sales department and the company’s
expansion was underway.
About to enter its sixth decade of operation, Keema is
still owned and run by the second and third generations
of the same family, Ted and Tristan Van Riel.
Things have certainly changed over the last fifty years,
but our philosophy remains the same. We want to provide
our customers with an exciting, memorable, and delightful
experience, as do our dedicated team of over 130.
