Last week I had my Hyundai accent serviced.  I have particular problems as I am my wife’s carer and can’t leave her alone for very long, I explained it to your service gentleman a young fellow, what a pleasant young man, he replied pleasantly ‘sir not a problem we won’t be longer than an hour and a quarter’.  So I settled in and had a coffee which was good thank you, it seemed only a short time and he came back and said ‘sir your car is finished here are you keys and I will show you where your car is’ which he did, when I got to my car I looked and said WOW they have washed my car and also the mag wheels and vacuumed the inside it looks terrific { I hadn’t washed it for weeks too busy} this is simply terrific service, I said to my wife when I got home ,when it comes to great service you are first by a long way ,coming second is not an option for Keema, may I also tell you we have bought about 5 new cars from you  and we would never change , best cars best service your pleasant  staff are enough to keep us coming back every three years for our new cars, my wife and I are both 81 years young this year and please take note, I don’t use spellcheck, don’t need it.  Have a lovely day.

Last Thursday I booked my Nissan X-Trail in for its 110,000km service at Mt Gravatt.  I am writing to you to express my gratitude to every member of the service team that I spoke with on the day.  I found the service to be extremely friendly, professional and efficient.  My car was serviced well in time for me to do the afternoon school run and there were no nasty surprises when it came time to pay the bill (bonus)!  It is a daunting task to turn up for a service with two small children in tow.  However, on the day both myself and my children were treated in a genuinely friendly and helpful manner...I hope that you will pass on my feedback to the service team to let them know how much their high level of customer service was appreciated.  Keep up the good work!

I must add that our Salesperson, Nathan was incredible. Genuinely astounded by the knowledge he possesses. The process was quick and painless but quietly efficient at the same time. We were not originally considering Honda but after a brief visit we were committed to our CR-V. He was truly excellent. In addition, Dave Tyler the Business Manager was friendly and approachable and I feel he worked excellently for us. I have cited these two individuals as the reason I did not purchase another vehicle from a nearby competitor. They are both assets to your company and I have already recommended them to friends and colleagues. Thank you.

My family has been dealing with Keema Hyundai at Cleveland for the last 8 years and have in fact bought our last 4 cars ( 2 for my Dad, 1 for both myself and my Mum) through the dealership and have mainly dealt with Faylene Moore. We have come back again for our 5th car – this time for my partner Richard– and have once again received the great service we have come to expect from Fay and the dealership at Cleveland.

However this email is to compliment Josh Derome in the Service/Parts team of the Cleveland dealership. My partner decided to trade in his current vehicle and use the $3000 towards accessories for 2014 iX35 that he is purchasing. He spent time last night on the website writing down a list of the extras he wanted and asked me to ring Fay today to confirm the prices to help him come to a decision over which ones to add. Unfortunately Fay was on an RDO today and wasn’t available so Brent from the call centre recommended I speak to Josh in the parts department to get a quote for these so I didn’t have to wait until tomorrow to find out. 

Josh was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! He went through all the extras with me, quoted the prices for what I asked and said I could just email him the list of what Richard and I wanted and he would organise the rest. Within 15 minutes of me sending through this email I had a copy of the revised contract that had the trade in, deposit amount and the extras added so that I could send it through to have the loan contracts completed. This means we’ll have the loan signed and completed by the weekend, so we’ll be able to pick up the car next week instead of waiting till the end of the month.

I can’t compliment Josh enough. This isn’t part of his job description and he definitely didn’t need to offer to do this extra work, on top of what was surely an already busy day, to help us out while Fay was away. But I am so delighted and I know, from personal experience of working in customer service for the last 15 years, that compliments don’t come through often enough for the hard work that we do.

Thanks to you and your team at Keema Hyundai it looks like we’ll be back again in 12 months for me to upgrade my car, mainly due to the outstanding service we receive time and time again.

In particular I wanted to acknowledge Tim Harkness and Steve Beach on their exceptional customer service. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked into the doors. Tim was pleasant to talk to and was not pushy at all. Once I decided to go ahead with my purchase I again was welcomed by your Business Manager Steve. Overall the experience I had was exceptional.
I have been looking for a new vehicle for over 3 months and have test driven over 5 different brands. Coming from a 'Toyota family' it was difficult to choose a new vehicle that best suited my needs and my budget. I am very happy that I chose Hyundai at Mount Gravatt.

We were absolutely thrilled when we found out that we had won a new Hyundai Ix35 Active SE FWD in a Hyundai online Competition, "A Number Plate Match & Win" Competition.  We already have a 2011 Ix35 Elite AWD, our second Hyundai vehicle purchased from Keema Hyundai, Cleveland.

After many years a Mitsubishi owner, we were introduced to a new Hyundai Tucson V6 AWD by a friend who was working as a sales person at Keema at that time, we negotiated a good deal and bought  the Tucson, that was in 2006, 9 years ago, in May 2012 we purchased the Ix35 Elite from a Private Seller that has purchased the car new from Keema in January 2011, it had very low mileage for a vehicle that was just over 15 months old.  Both our 2006 Tucson and the 2011 Ix35 have been serviced and looked after by Keema, during the 9 years association we have had with Keema, Cleveland, we have been very happy with the service and friendliness of the staff.   

Now that we have won a new Ix35,  we will be happy to continue our association with Keema, Cleveland.   We are keeping our 2011 Ix35, so that now we are a two Ix35 family with His & Her's Ix35s.
